Focus: While this blog has a variety of seemingly random themes, they are all connected in the core
theme; visuals. Visualuminations is intended to be a visual blog! Expect a variety of pictures, guest art, clip-art, and fan-art. Common topics will be clip-art, illustration, visuals in the classroom, visuals in geek culture, illustrated self-published books/works, webcomics, and more.
Personal stories/blog entries. This one will will be most random, and the most rare. I may post a personal blog entry from time to time, any given day.
Clip-Artist Interviews. Clip-Artist interviews will feature a TPT artist and seven questions about their clip art, artist background, and illustration experience.
Everything Else Elevens, Terrific Twelves, & Fabulous Fourteens (Illustrated Lists) If you frequent the TPT Forum, you are probably no stranger to the "Everything Else" board in which teachers discuss things outside of TPT and general classroom discussions. Same here! Except it is going to lean slightly geek. (Expect posts about pop-culture, fandoms, superpowers, Disney, animation, illustration, books, science, etc.)
Teacher Feature. Teacher Features, like the clip-artist segment, will feature a teach interview. These interviews will focus on how teachers use visuals in their classrooms, products, or both!
